Prayer is an essentail for the Believer. Our Spiritual life, how we grow and develop as believers hinges on our Prayer life and our Word life. Prayer engages the realm of the Supernatural and open up a gateway for God to get involved in our earthly affairs. Prayer is not about us trying to get God to come into agreement with our will and desires but Prayer is about us surrounding to the will and the desires of God. Prayer is not about a religious ritual but Prayer is a place of communion where we draw closer in our heart and relationship with God. Jesus often (habitually) isolated Himself to Pray. He knew that in order for Him to be effective in His earthly ministry staying in constant fellowship and communion with the Heavenly Father in Prayer was essential.
